Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
- Participate in Workforce planning and deployment strategies- Drive special projects related to Talent Acquisition such as design Role Directory, implement Competency-based-interviewing, conduct surveys, competition mapping, and create a dashboard of the top 20 TA metrics.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Execute the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.- Manage the hiring of skilled workmen and contractual / flexi talent at the power distribution and generation locations.- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, define recruitment needs, and conduct the selection process.- Develop and maintain strong pipelines of talent for future staffing needs.- Collaborate with RPOs and Search Partners for sharing mandates as needed.- Implement standardized hiring processes to ensure candidates are evaluated on competency-based frameworks.- Manage recruitment applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools.- Manage recruitment process capability through required documentation, MIS, recruitment metrics, and analytics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and optimize processes.
Employer Branding:
- Enhance and promote the company’s employer brand to attract top-tier candidates.- Actively engage in employer branding initiatives for internal and external stakeholders including HR articles, job postings, career page, partnerships with universities and professional bodies.- Represent the company at networking events and career fairs to strengthen its presence in the job market.
Diversity & Inclusion
- Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse talent pool and inclusive hiring practices.- Develop strategies to source and attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.
