RSW Private Limited is bringing to India a revolutionary concept in the area of mood disorders.


In concert with, Dr Uma Naidoo, a clinical psychiatrist at Harvard Medical School, we will treat mood disorders, such as anxiety and depression with precision nutrition.


Not many people are aware of the gut-brain connection and how food can affect moods.

•The gut has between 100 million and 500 million neurons, the largest collection of nerve cells in the body

• Over 90% of serotonin receptors are found in the gut

• The gut is home to millions of microbes called the gut ‘microbiome’ and the food we eat shapes this microbiome

The​ primary reason gut bacteria have such a profound effect on mental health is that they are responsible for making many of the brain chemicals critical to mental wellbeing - including dopamine, serotonin, glutamate, and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA)


We are looking for a co-founder who can drive the GTM and overall marketing strategy for this unique startup. A minimum of 5 lakhs Investment is required.


Responsibilities

Define go-to-market strategy across channels, including social media

Jointly set membership and revenue monthly targets with senior management

Leverage digital platforms effectively to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Ensure a seamless customer experience across all touch-points

Encourage innovation within the marketing function to stay ahead of competitors and adapt to changing market dynamics.

Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs. Providing regular reports and insights to the executive team.

Develop strategic partnerships and alliances with other organizations or influencers to expand market reach and enhance brand visibility.

Developing and managing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various initiatives to maximize ROI

Building and leading a high-performing marketing team over time


Qualifications

Minimum 10 years experience in a marketing function being responsible for specific brands

Proven experience in scaling up a brand

Excellent written and verbal skills

Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related function
