Our team at ifYK (If You Know) is revolutionizing the way people make plans. Led by our visionary 18-year-old CEO and Founder, we have developed an app that centralizes every event from every event platform (Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, Bandsintown, Meetup... you name it), and makes it effortless and fun to be in the know about every single event going on near you.
We have the biggest event database in the world, and are constantly working to improve, integrating AI, machine learning and other features to truly provide a seamless user experience. Now, we're providing a 3-month opportunity to join our journey, and receive great experience in the process.
Note: This internship is unpaid .
Role Description
As an SEO Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in search engine optimization strategies to increase website visibility and organic traffic. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, analyzing website performance metrics, and implementing on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
Qualifications
- Experience in SEO and digital marketing
- Knowledge of keyword research tools and SEO best practices
- Basic understanding of HTML and website structure
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Google Analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Moz, SEMrush) is a plus
- Tech savvy
- Experience in blog writing
- Ability to use AI to assist with SEO
