How Will You Have Impact?

  • Set the technical vision and execute the strategy for this new venture in tandem with the evolving business model.
  • Establish a deep understanding of the target customers; their needs, wants, pains, and opportunities that drive the venture.
  • Champion user/customer interactions and data-driven decision-making.
  • Rapidly evolve from an MVP to a fully established product, continually iterating to maximize customer value and scale.
  • Establish metrics and progress indicators to focus on advancing product-market fit.
  • Guide the venture in the optimal direction based on customer development, market feedback, and strategic imperatives.
  • Surface relevant data and make decisions to resolve issues and maintain forward momentum.
  • Build and lead the company's product and technology team from the ground up.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Founder or Leadership Team member in a highly technical startup or new business line. You've experienced the highs, lows, and learnings of being a technical entrepreneur.
  • Ideally, an MBA or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a Masters/PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, or related fields.
  • Preferred Experience leading startups from early stages to scale and through subsequent funding rounds. Ability to translate technical knowledge into strategic business initiatives.
  • Deep technical knowledge and domain insights, with a focus on innovative, breakthrough solutions.
  • Experience in rapid product iteration, from prototyping to launch and scaling phases.
  • Experience in building growth teams and fostering strong collaboration.
  • Track record of taking calculated risks to create fresh value.
  • Strong leadership skills to build, manage, and inspire entrepreneurial teams.
  • Highly organized and skilled at prioritizing time and resources to ensure consistent progress and outcomes.

Additional Role Details:

Part-Time Commitment:

This part-time, remote role provides flexibility for you to manage your current commitments while actively contributing to our venture.

Your involvement will initially be based on equity sharing until we secure funding.

Minimal Monthly Contributions:
You may be required to make nominal monthly contributions towards the company's operational costs during the pre-funding phase.

Location Flexibility:
While this role can be performed remotely, we anticipate the company's registration in Bangalore. Candidates open to relocating to Bangalore at a later stage will be given preference, aligning with our future plans.
