Position Overview:

As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will drive sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and grow the customer base in India, the Middle East, UK & USA. You will focus on selling our CXM products and automation solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales excellence and fostering business growth.


Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve Month on Month revenue Targets of Booking & Billing
  • Add new logos from Industry segments of BFSI, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.
  • Ensure Update internal systems daily and occasionally.
  • Liaise & coordinate with internal stakeholders and meet client requirements.
  • Generate high potential pipeline regularly to meet monthly goals.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations to secure new business and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure effective post-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Establish and maintain sales processes, policies, and procedures to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales analytic tools to track sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics.
  • Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights for senior management.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales processes to optimize productivity and effectiveness.
  • Attend industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to build industry relationships and expand business networks.


What we are looking for

  • 8-10 years of experience in Business Development
  • Field sales/hunter experience is a must for a minimum of 4 years
  • Having own client network of Enterprise & SMB Accounts
  • Proven track record of successful sales management in the IT sector, preferably with a focus on enterprise software, IT services, or technology solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of IT industry dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and meeting targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
