Job Description Physiotherapist – Paediatrics Are you a Physiotherapist passionate about helping children and young people reach their full potential? PSG is partnering with a well-respected paediatric therapy provider seeking a Physiotherapist to join their collaborative, supportive and well-resourced team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children, adolescents and young adults with developmental, neurological and musculoskeletal needs. You will work across a diverse caseload including children with developmental coordination disorder, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and musculoskeletal conditions. Services are delivered in the clinic and, where beneficial, in homes, schools and community settings. You will also have the opportunity to supervise and mentor therapy assistants and students, as well as lead small group therapy sessions. The team is committed to evidence-based practice, a family-centred approach, and professional development. You will enjoy manageable caseloads, protected planning/admin time, regular mentoring, and a dynamic private practice environment. About the Role In this role, you will: Provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and treatment to children, adolescents and young adults Deliver early intervention and ongoing therapy for clients with developmental, neurological or musculoskeletal conditions Promote functional skills, participation and engagement in everyday activities Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation Provide health promotion and preventative care advice to clients and families Collaborate with educators, allied health clinicians, GPs and other service providers Lead small group therapy sessions and supervise therapy assistants and students Conduct therapy sessions in clinic, home, school and community environments as required About You You are a motivated, client-focused Physiotherapist with experience in paediatric care and a commitment to professional growth. You thrive in both independent and collaborative practice settings.
