Job Title: Business Development Manager – US IT StaffingLocation: Bangalore/ IndoreExperience: 5–10 Years in US IT StaffingJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 5–10 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, managing key accounts, and growing revenue by delivering staffing solutions to clients across the United States.Key Responsibilities:New Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market.Generate leads through cold calling, networking, emails, social media, and other channels.Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Understand client requirements and work closely with the delivery team to ensure quality and timely submissions.Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.Account Management:Manage existing accounts to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.Upsell and cross-sell staffing services within existing client base.Act as a point of contact for escalations and negotiations.Collaboration & Reporting:Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure the right talent is submitted.Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions using CRM tools.Key Requirements:Experience:5–10 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing business development.Strong understanding of US staffing market, hiring trends, and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).Skills:Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship-building abilities.Tools & Tech:Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), MS Office, LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other lead gen platforms.Shift Flexibility:Willing to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST).Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Existing client contacts and strong network in US IT staffing industry.Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Competitive base salary + attractive commission structureHealth benefits (if applicable)Performance-based incentivesOpportunity for career growth and leadership roles
