Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives across paid channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of online marketing strategies, performance metrics, and customer acquisition funnels, with a strong focus on ROI-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media platforms. Manage budget allocations and forecasts across all paid channels to maximize return on investment. Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and continuous improvements. Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and platforms. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 36 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. Proven track record of managing large-scale paid ad campaigns with successful ROAS. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other ad platforms. Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the agriculture or FMCG sector is a plus. Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
