**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for products/services.
- Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, sales materials, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and report on ROI to optimise marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion. Monitor and analyse campaign performance on Meta and Google, making data-driven decisions to optimise results.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree or digital marketing diploma is a plus.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in a marketing role, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA 4 ,Google Tag Manager, Whatsapp Business and Marketing Automation Tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
- Prior experience in marketing for D2C startups / Agricultural E-commerce is a plus
- Have experience of team / people’s management with at least 8 teammates

**Pay range and compensation package**:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
