**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **performance marketing campaigns** across digital channels, including PPC, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Collaborate on defining campaign goals, target audience, messaging, and creative assets.
- Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns on **Google Ads, Meta / Facebook, linkedin and Bing Ads** for traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Manage paid social media campaigns on platforms like **Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.**
- Implement display advertising campaigns and utilize retargeting strategies across relevant ad networks.
- Identify and recruit affiliate partners, monitor performance, and optimize commission structures.
- Analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance through **A/B testing **and landing page experiments.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and allocate spend based on **ROI and ROAS** targets.

**Qualifications**:
~Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

~Proven experience managing **Google and Meta Ads campaigns** with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI.

~Google Ads certification(s) preferred.

~Strong **analytical skills** with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

~Excellent **communication skills** with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

~Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in digital marketing.

~Experience with **Google Analytics** and other digital marketing analytics tools is a plus.

**Job Type: Full Time [Work from Office]**

**Salary: 20,000 to 35,000**

**Location: Bhopal/ Indore**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
