**Key Responsibilities**

**Digital Marketing Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Schedule and monitor posts, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- **Content Marketing**:

- Optimize content for search engines to improve website rankings (SEO).
- **Advertising Campaigns**:

- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
- Analyze the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms to measure performance.
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities and campaigns.
- **Marketing Automation**:

- Manage tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or other automation platforms to streamline marketing efforts.

**Graphic Design Responsibilities**:

- **Visual Content Creation**:

- Develop banners, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials.
- **Brand Identity**:

- Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Create or maintain brand identity materials like logos, color schemes, typography, and style guides.
- **Video Editing**:

- Produce and edit short promotional videos or explainer animations for campaigns.
- **UI/UX Design** (Optional):

- Collaborate with the web development team to design website layouts, landing pages, or app interfaces.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Work with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, CorelDRAW, or Figma.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Excellent command of design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,017.24 - ₹20,894.90 per month
