Job Title Performance Marketing ManagerCompany Katyayani OrganicsLocation BhopalExperience 3 to 6 yearsWork Hours 10 00 AM to 7 00 PMEmployment Type Full-TimeAbout Katyayani Organics Katyayani Organics is a leading player in the agrochemical industry serving both D2C and B2B segments with high-quality sustainable solutions Our mission is to empower farmers with innovative and effective products driving productivity and ecological balance Were on the lookout for driven professionals who are passionate about marketing and making a real impact in the agricultural sector Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives across paid channels The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of online marketing strategies performance metrics and customer acquisition funnels with a strong focus on ROI-driven campaigns Key Responsibilities Plan execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads Meta Facebook Instagram and other paid media platforms Manage budget allocations and forecasts across all paid channels to maximize return on investment Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and continuous improvements Conduct A B testing to improve ad creatives landing pages and targeting strategies Collaborate with content design and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment Track report and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and platforms Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field 36 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising Proven track record of managing large-scale paid ad campaigns with successful ROAS Proficiency in Google Ads Meta Business Manager Google Analytics and other ad platforms Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making Excellent communication and project management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in the agriculture or FMCG sector is a plus Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
