Our team combines creativity with data to deliver campaigns that convert and build long-term customer relationships.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a proactive Account Manager to serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. You’ll manage client relationships, ensure deliverables are executed smoothly, and keep projects aligned with client goals.This role is perfect for someone who understands both the art of marketing and the science of communication — someone who can discuss strategy with clients, brief designers and copywriters clearly, and make sure every campaign runs flawlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for assigned clients.Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable plans for internal teams.Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to deliver campaigns on time.Review and provide feedback on copy, design, and campaign structure to ensure quality and alignment with client goals.Track performance metrics and prepare regular updates for clients.Manage timelines, priorities, and expectations across multiple accounts.Identify opportunities to improve performance and strengthen client relationships.Requirements5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital account management (email marketing experience is a plus).Strong understanding of marketing strategy, copywriting principles, and design fundamentals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams.Preferred SkillsExperience with email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Omnisend).Familiarity with performance metrics like open rates, CTRs, and conversions.Basic understanding of A/B testing and campaign optimization.What We OfferOpportunity to work with diverse brands and creative projects.Supportive team culture that values initiative and collaboration.Salary no bar for the right candidate.
