Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Kolkata. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, executing business development strategies, and nurturing client relationships. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, maintaining customer service excellence, and creating communication strategies to promote Nakshi's services.

  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and executing business development strategies
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to develop client relationships
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
