Team: Travel Operations

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Bhikhaji Cama Place, New Delhi


Who will be a good fit?

● Someone with a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism or with a diploma in related

field)

● Someone who has an understanding of airline ticketing, hotel booking management,

visas, transport management, and other travel-related services

● Someone with good communication skills, written and verbal

● Someone who can learn and adapt the best practices of the travel industry

● Someone who is looking to kick-start their career in the travel space and find a platform

to grow


Key Responsibilities:

● Ticketing and Reservation:

○ Process flight reservations, hotel bookings, and other travel-related services

for clients

○ Issue and reissue tickets accurately and promptly

○ Ensure compliance with airline and company policies and procedures


● Customer Service:

○ Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and

concerns related to ticketing and reservations

○ Assist clients with changes to their travel itineraries and resolve any issues

that may arise


● Documentation:

○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of ticketing transactions and

client information

○ Verify travel documents, including passports and visas, to ensure compliance

with entry requirements


● Communication:

○ Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure the best

rates and resolve any issues

○ Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including

phone, email, and in-person interactions


● Quality Assurance:

○ Conduct quality checks on issued tickets to ensure accuracy and adherence

to company standards

○ Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide clients with

relevant information


● Team Collaboration:

○ Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to ensure

a coordinated approach to customer service

○ Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and

knowledge
