Job Summary:

The Franchise Relationship Manager (FRM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners to drive business growth, ensure brand consistency, and improve operational performance. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring effective communication, compliance with standards, and alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between the franchisor and assigned franchisees to support their business success.
  • Monitor and analyze franchisee performance against KPIs; provide insights and support to drive improvements.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and site visits to ensure brand standards, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support new franchise openings, including onboarding, training, and initial operational setup.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, training) to address franchisee needs.
  • Identify areas for improvement in franchisee operations and provide coaching, best practices, and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, operational guidelines, and brand standards.
  • Assist in resolving franchisee concerns or conflicts with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support local marketing and promotional initiatives to help franchisees increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Keep franchisees informed about changes in company policies, systems, or products.
  • Track and report on regional franchisee performance to senior management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 35 years of experience in franchise operations, relationship management, retail, or business consulting.
  • Strong understanding of franchise business models and operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Willingness to travel regularly for site visits and franchisee meetings.
