
Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager will be responsible to maintain and expand relationship with assigned & new clients for achieving sales and profitability.
Acquire new clients and Increase engagement of existing client by providing complete financial
planning and wealth management solutions
Conduct daily sales calling with prospects and identify their financial needs.
Develop solutions and suggest Mutual Fund schemes on the basis of their financial objectives
Regular follow ups and communication with the clients through emails and social media.
Increase client database by meeting new clients and taking references from the existing ones
and build AUM
Regular Monitoring and review of existing client portfolio
Ensure prompt closure of all pending leads/references
Participate in marketing activities with the branch marketing team
Regular reporting to the management on pre-defined metrics
Customer Engagement:
Regular monitoring of client portfolios to generate maximum risk adjusted return.
Regular interaction with clients through physical meetings, Zoom calls, social media etc.
To analyze financial needs of the customers and offer products that are consistent with the financial needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Commerce Graduate
AMFI certification will be an added advantage
Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in a bank or a ND with a strong interpersonal relation with the Clients, including HNIs and Corporates
candidate have 2 wheeler compulsory
