- Assist customers with after-sales services, including warranty claims, product exchanges, and returns.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, call center, or a similar role, preferably in consumer electronics or technology products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Experience with CRM software and customer support tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
