This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at UPDOT in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications New Business Development and Lead Generation skills Effective Business Communication skills Account Management expertise Experience in sales or business development Strong negotiation and networking abilities Excellent interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities Inbound Lead Management Respond promptly to inquiries from inbound leads via email, calls, and CRM systems Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and fit with our offerings Maintain a high level of engagement with potential clients through consistent follow-ups

Client Engagement Present solutions to prospects and conduct product/service demonstration. Address client concerns and tailor proposals to meet their specific needs.

Closing Deals Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations. Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Account Growth Develop relationships with new clients to convert them into long-term partners. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in target markets. Generate leads through networking, online research, and cold outreach.

Market Research & Strategy: Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities. Contribute to business growth strategies and plans.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on client needs. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service.

Package : The package for this role ranges from 3.6 LPA to 5.4 LPA.
