Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, Top Sales Manager for SOBHA Limited in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will oversee daily sales operations, provide support and guidance to the sales team, engage with clients to understand their needs, and actively contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve targets and company objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is a must
Bangalore based candidates only
Self confidence
Expertise in Sales Strategy Development, Client Interaction, and Sales Support
Strong negotiation and communication abilities
Prior experience in real estate sales is a must
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
