Position: Analytics - SalesLocation: MumbaiIndustry: IT SoftwareExperience Required: 4-10 YearsRole Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Analytics Sales to lead business growth in the assigned region. The role involves driving sales of analytics solutions, managing key accounts, building strong client relationships, and leading a regional sales team to achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales strategy and business development for analytics products and solutions in the region.- Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities across industries (BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc.).- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, decision makers, and influencers.- Understand client business challenges and position analytics solutions (BI, Data Warehousing, AI/ML, Predictive Analytics, etc.) to meet their needs.- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle – prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, closure, and account management.- Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to create compelling solution demonstrations and proposals.- Track competition and market trends to align business strategies accordingly.- Manage and mentor the regional sales team, ensuring achievement of individual and team targets.- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports to senior management.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).- 4–12 years of sales experience in IT / Analytics / Saa S solutions.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets.- Strong understanding of data analytics, BI, AI/ML, cloud-based analytics platforms, and digital transformation.- Excellent communication, presentation, and CXO-level engagement skills.- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple accounts, and work in a fast-paced environment.- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
