Scrum Master

Job Purpose
we are looking for experienced professional who can steer and manage the Common backend platform development. The responsibility will span from Scrum management, project management and collaborate with global stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
• 7 to 9 years of experience in scrum / project management experience in I.T.
• Manage the scrum and services for innovative data driven applications for Connected Vehicles platform team/s to solve problems in the Connected Trucks world.
• Clear understanding of microservices (Spring Boot) driven architecture.
• Clear understanding of MVC based framework components.
• Familiar with software development and software specialties.
• Experienced to handle complex multi-functional projects and programs in agile methodology with program management principles.
• Understand and Align Solutions towards Business needs.
• As Scrum Master you will be influencing how everyday work is performed within the Connected Platform Team.
• Should hands-on experience on all the Scrum Master activities
• You will be focusing on facilitating and coordinating the development work within multiple development team (Cloud Backend crews) and make sure the team maintains a high-quality workflow and strives towards continuous improvement in its everyday work.
• You will also be contributing to the continuous improvement of the agile way of working within the Connected Backend Team as a whole.
• This larger project team believes in a work climate that values people and encourages innovation, collaboration and professionalism.
Experience and Skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology or a comparable qualification
• Agile development principles
• 5+ years of relevant development experience in any language.
• Experience of Azure DevOps, tools and technology landscape
• Scrum planning and managing multiple interdependent development teams
• Agile planning using Atlassian JIRA, Confluence and Azure maintaining Technical / functional documentation in Confluence
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Excellent analytical skills and an independent, structured and target-oriented approach to work
• Personal initiative, commitment and resilience
• Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
• Enjoy working in international teams
• High degree of flexibility
• SAFe Agilist Certification will be preferred
• CSM Certified
