At Hexcode Think Pvt. Ltd., we build and support powerful SaaS solutions that empower businesses worldwide. We are looking for Technical Support Interns who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in the SaaS ecosystem.
Role: SaaS Technical Support Intern
As a Technical Support Intern, you'll be the first line of contact for our clients, helping them solve product-related issues and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in troubleshooting product and service issues.
- Provide clear and timely responses to client queries through email, chat, or calls.
- Document customer queries, reported issues, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to escalate technical issues.
- Learn and understand the company's SaaS products to provide better assistance.
- Contribute to creating FAQs, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Basic knowledge of SaaS, cloud platforms, or web technologies.
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and handle client interactions professionally.
Internship Details
- Location: On-site (GIFT City, Gandhinagar)
- Stipend: Competitive (based on performance & skills)
