* Assist in the recruitment process and scheduling interviews.

* Coordinate onboarding process for new hires.

* Maintain and update employee records.

* Assist in HR document preparation.

* Handle employee inquiries and engagement activities.

* Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

*Oversee all administrative activities at the office, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

* Ensure HR policies and labour laws compliance.

* Assist in performance evaluations and feedback.

* Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.

* Support development and implementation of SOPs.

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

* Strong work ethic, organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

* Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving mindset

Experience:

* 0 to 2 years relevant experience in HR role.

* MBA in HR or MHRD / MSW / MLW may apply for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13, ₹18,061.04 per month
