Summary

As a Delivery/Program Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your strong leadership and communication skills will be critical in managing the project lifecycle, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables.


Responsibilities

  • Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.
  • Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program - focusing
  • inwardly on the internal consistency of the program, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programs and corporate, technical and specialist standards
  • Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan and program governance
  • arrangements.
  • Ensuring there is allocation of common resources and skills within the program’s individual projects.
  • Managing communications with all stakeholders.
  • Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects.
  • Reporting the progress of the program at regular intervals to the Delivery Director.
  • Continuously evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements and best practices as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment by providing guidance, support, and mentoring to project team members.
  • Oversees multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached by quality standards, reducing errors and rework, resulting in higher-quality deliverables.
  • Facilitates seamless collaboration among team members, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing overall team performance.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
