  4. Carry out periodic and timely training need analysis as per the business requirement using the various tools and instruments to measure the levels of knowledge, skills and competencies, sales performance data and feedback from the sales team.
  5. Develop the training calendar and content and pedagogy for the sales regions based on the identified needs.
  6. Design, develop and deploy timely induction programs for all sales staff including off-roll. Review the induction program contents periodically in terms of products and processes by keeping a tab on the changes on account of decisions around them/ new launches/ new geographies/ structural changes, process audit reports/ compliance status etc. to make them contemporary.
  7. Design and develop customized training modules and training solutions to suit the specific and generic needs of the organization.
  8. Design & deployment of sales product and process training programs for on-roll and off-roll staff in the Sales function to meet the sales objectives.
  9. Facilitating training as per plan and measuring their effectiveness in co-ordination with vendors, trainers, sales managers and participants.
  10. Develop an internal pool of sales trainers and building relationship with 3rd party training providers.
  11. Formulating and implementing the training evaluation metrics and measuring effectiveness of each of the programs in terms of their impact on productivity and ROI.
  12. Provide coaching and facilitate training of the trainers.
  13. Monitor performance of sales team and highlight gap areas with low performers along with appropriate interventions.
  14. Report capability scores and related data as well as skill level tracker in specified format to National Sales Manager.
  15. Monitor OJT’s and PJP schedules by capability and sales team to ensure compliance as per the norms set in capability plans, carry out sample check on SOP compliance and report to National Sales Manager.
  16. As a senior member of the NSM team will demonstrate ownership and be a role model for the entire sales force.
