Job Overview

The Sr Manager Distribution & Sales (home appliances) will be responsible for managing the distribution and sales operations of range of home appliances products in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in the Home appliances/FMCG/Consumer durables industry.

Qualifications and Skills

7 to 10 years of experience in sales and distribution of home appliances productsStrong knowledge of the HVAC industry, products, and market trendsProven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding distribution networkExcellent leadership and team management skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in conducting market research and competitor analysisProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the distribution network for HVAC products in the assigned regionEstablish and maintain relationships with channel partners, dealers, and distributorsManage and train the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectivesMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunitiesProvide technical support and product knowledge to customers and sales teamPrepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales supportConduct regular performance reviews of the sales team and provide coaching and feedbackStay updated with the latest developments in the HVAC industry and recommend product enhancements or new product launches
