Senior Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead and manage large Government G2C projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, compliance, and reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and optimizing processes for maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management :
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of large Government G2C projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and fulfill client Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, clients, and team members.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their requirements are accurately captured and addressed.
Risk Management :
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks related to technology, resources, timelines, and external factors.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Continuously monitor and update risk management plans as the project evolves.
Compliance and Documentation :
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and compliance records.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Quality Assurance :
- Conduct testing, reviews, and evaluations to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Identify defects and implement corrective actions to improve performance and user experience.
- Continuously gather feedback and identify areas for Monitoring and Improvement :
- Monitor project performance metrics and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Implement lessons learned and adopt new technologies or practices to enhance project outcomes.
- Optimize project processes to increase efficiency and Management :
- Manage the project budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure they align with the allocated budget.
- Report on project financial performance, including Profit and Loss (P&L) :
- Experience in handling large Government G2C projects.
- Strong communication and team-handling skills.
- Strong understanding of technology, systems architecture, software development methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Experience with CSS (Customer Satisfaction Surveys) and performance :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
- Experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale Government G2C projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
