Job Title - Kannada Voice Process Executive

Locations:

  • Perungudi

  • Thoraipakkam

  • Nungambakkam

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month

-- Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls* in Kannada.

  • Provide *customer support*, resolve queries, and escalate issues when needed.

  • Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

  • Update CRM or Excel sheets with call details.

  • Maintain professionalism and empathy during calls.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum qualification: *12th pass or any graduate*.

  • *Fluency in Kannada* is mandatory; basic English preferred.

  • Good communication and listening skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.

  • Freshers are welcome; experience is a plus.

Work Schedule

Day shift, Rotational

Monday to Saturday

  • Fixed Sunday off
