Job Description Requirements: 1+ years of experience in Customer support in the Health sector. Strong time management and decision making skills. High School Diploma or equivalent. Adaptability and accountability. Excellent command over English (Verbal & Written) & Hindi (Verbal) Language. Strong foundation in CRM systems and practices. Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and professional interactive skills are necessary to perform at a high degree of proficiency.
