Role Overview

We are seeking an MBBS graduate to join our Growth & Strategy team as a Manager for Smart ICU. In this role, you will leverage your medical background to contribute to business growth and operational strategies, working closely with our leadership team to drive impactful projects that enhance healthcare delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Care Delivery Framework: Own and operationalize the care delivery framework for assigned verticals/accounts, including hiring, manpower management, rostering, project management, and P&L responsibilities.
  • Business Development: Assist with business development activities by meeting with potential partners and clients to showcase our value proposition.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze healthcare trends, patient needs, and hospital data to identify areas for service optimization.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Use your clinical expertise to inform strategic decisions regarding market expansion, partnerships, and product development.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, tech, operations) to identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Model Development: Support the creation and implementation of scalable healthcare models that align with Cloudphysician’s mission.
  • Impact Measurement: Track and measure the impact of growth initiatives, reporting findings to senior leadership and hospital stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospital administrators, and regulatory authorities.


Qualifications

  • MBBS degree from a recognized institution (additional certifications or management qualifications are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, clinical workflows, and patient care delivery.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google enterprise tools (such as Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Docs) for data analysis and reporting is desirable.
  • An analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
  • Experience or interest in business strategy, operations, or healthcare innovation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A commitment to improving healthcare accessibility and outcomes through technology.
