About ValetEZ
ValetEZ is an IoT and AI enabled smart parking solutions firm that designs technology solutions to digitise parking spaces and eliminate the pain that vehicle owners face daily when parking in their city. The firm also develops and deploys an EV Charging network under the brand ‘ChargeEZ’. Our focus is to build a massive digitised parking and charging network that allows users to find and access both parking spaces and EV charging stations across the country. ValetEZ operates in 15+ cities and has handled over 140Mn+ transactions till date.
We want to grow our connection with end users to create more value for them. For this, we seek a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to join our Founder's Office in a Strategy & User Growth role. You will work with various functions to set them up for scale and lead GTM for new ways to interact with the end customers.
Qualification: Graduate or MBA from a reputed university
Experience: 2-3 years
What you would be expected to do
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Solve problems through structured thinking, research, project planning, and on-ground execution
Own responsibilities across strategy, marketing, operations, and partnerships to unlock opportunities for ValetEZ with regard to engagement with end users
Drive GTM initiatives to take ideas to execution:
Work with the Founder’s Office to conceptualise and execute new ideas for driving customer engagement
Lead partnership efforts for new ideas with existing and new partners
What we need from you
Motivated, goal driven and able to work independently
Interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Multi-lingual skills would be an asset
Good to have
Client-facing / negotiation skills for driving partnerships and executing initiatives
Graduate or MBA from a reputed university
Experience in similar roles in startups / companies
