Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of city operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of operations managers, supervisors, and staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Performance Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards and promptly addressing any operational issues.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with local suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent and high-quality supply chain operations.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine operational processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
