Area Manager

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Area Manager to oversee operations, drive sales growth, and lead teams in the assigned region. The role involves managing sales (new, existing, retail, and consignee), optimizing resources, and ensuring seamless operations, finance, and administration management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Enhancement through New business, Existing Business, Retail and Consignee Sales
- Management of all the associates
- Optimum utilization of Human Resource
- Understanding and Management of end-to-end operations in the area
- Management of financial and accounting process and system
- End to end management of 3PL Operations
- To manage all hub admin activities
- Supervision of all activities in event of expansion or creation of new location/department.
Knowledgeable In:
- Geography of the states of India
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management
- Business and operation processes
- Thorough knowledge of operations, sales, finance, and administration
Skilled In:
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and/or a vernacular dialect
- Leadership skills
- Pleasant personality
- Good knowledge of MS- Office
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent administrative skills

Additional Requirements:
- 7-8 years of experience in relevant roles.
- Own conveyance and willingness to travel and relocate.
