The IT Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts. This role involves selling a wide range of software solutions and IT hardware products, creating strategic sales plans, and leading a team to achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth across software and hardware portfolios.Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, OEM partners, distributors, and system integrators.Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales relationship management.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demos, and customized proposals.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with client needs.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.Recruit, train, and mentor junior sales executives to build a high-performing team.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).5–10 years of proven experience in IT sales, with a focus on both software and hardware products.Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions and IT infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking, end-user devices, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
