Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Karjat. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, developing and maintaining employer branding initiatives, and managing the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also maintain recruitment records and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
  • Skills in Hiring and Interviewing
  • Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Karjat
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
