HR Manager Discover Resorts, Karjat
Discover Resorts, Karjat (250 rooms) is seeking an experienced HR Manager (Age: 30-40 years) to lead the Human Resources function at our flagship resort. Located in the scenic hills of Karjat, we host over 10,000 guests every month and employ a large, diverse team across hospitality, food & beverage, events, and administration.
The ideal candidate will be based in the MMR region, between Thane and Khopoli, with proven HR experience in hotels, resorts, or service-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and compliance.
- Design and implement employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies.
- Ensure statutory compliance, grievance handling, and labor law adherence.
- Partner with department heads to identify talent needs and training initiatives.
- Maintain a positive workplace culture that supports service excellence.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
- MBA/PGDM/Any Degree in Human Resources.
- Strong communication, people management, and compliance skills.
- Must reside within ThaneKhopoli belt for easy access to Karjat.
