Job Title: Office Assistant Company Overview: Our company is seeking an organized and efficient office assistant to join our team. We are a dynamic and fast-paced company with a strong focus on client satisfaction. Our office assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the work of our agents. Job Description: As an office assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support our real estate operations. This includes: Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other inquiries Greeting clients and visitors to the office Maintaining and organizing files and records Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings Managing inventory and ordering office supplies as needed Assisting with HR tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and processing paperwork Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role; real estate experience a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional and positive attitude We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
