Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Back Office Tender Executive to assist in tendering activities and back-office operations. The candidate will support senior executives in preparing, submitting, and managing tender documentation, while ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in downloading and reviewing tender documents from government and private portals.
  • Help prepare technical and commercial bids under the guidance of senior executives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect necessary documents and approvals.
  • Maintain records of tenders (submitted, in progress, won, or lost).
  • Ensure timely submission of tender documents (online/offline).
  • Support in invoice checking, Purchase Order (PO) processing, and P2P system entries.
  • Assist in vendor coordination for documentation, clarifications, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain organized files and records for audit and reference purposes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of tender processes and documentation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under guidance.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Freshers can apply; internship or 0–2 years experience in back-office/tender operations is a plus.
