We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Chennai. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, statutory compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely disbursal of salaries.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).
  • Support performance appraisal process and maintain HR-related MIS reports.
  • Manage employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training & development programs.
  • Liaise with external vendors for recruitment, training, and statutory compliance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR (freshers with relevant internships can also apply, if the role is entry-level).
  • Experience in payroll and statutory compliance is an added advantage.
