Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Gandhinagar. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. Day-to-day tasks include employee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also involves maintaining positive employee relations and fostering a productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
  • Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
  • Skills in Personnel Management and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
