Job Description We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to build the foundations of Human Resource Management while handling core managerial functions of the startup. As the first dedicated HR professional in the company, you will set up policies, processes, and practices that shape the employee experience and strengthen our culture. Internship Details Type: Full-Time, In-Office Internship Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Duration: 6 Months Stipend Range: 7,000 to 10,000 per month Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, employee handbook, and processes aligned with the organization. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding). - Design appraisal systems, feedback frameworks, and employee engagement programs. - Handle payroll and leave management while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments, Gratuity, etc.) - Work closely with the Founder to support management and compliance. - Manage travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and company events. - Handle filling out forms, applications, and statutory documentation for events and permits. - Work with leadership to build a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, or related). - Strong understanding of Indian employee related laws and HR compliance. - Ability to set up HR systems and processes independently. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; HRMS exposure is an advantage. - Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment What You'll Gain: - Hands-on exposure to HR and administration practices. - Opportunity to work directly with the Founder and core team. - Experience in setting up HR processes in a growing company. - Mentorship and learning in compliance, culture building, and organizational management. - Opportunity for full-time position after successful internship completion.
