Job Description Job Title: Desktop Engineer L2 Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai Experience: 2 Years Working Mode: On-site (6 Days a Week) Notice Period: Up to 15 Days Education: Any Graduate Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Desktop Engineer L2 to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of desktop systems, hardware, and software across the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting Windows systems, managing Active Directory, and resolving user issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Provide L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Manage Active Directory users, groups, and group policies. Assist with software installations, updates, and patch management. Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation. Coordinate with L3 or vendor teams for issue escalation when required. Ensure timely resolution of tickets and adherence to SLAs. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration. Proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy Management . Good understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP). Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to handle user support in a fast-paced environment.
