Overview
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to lead paid advertising initiatives across Google Ads and social media platforms. . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, optimizing, and scaling performance-driven ad campaigns with a clear focus on lead generation, ROI optimization, and audience targeting . You'll play a key role in accelerating our digital growth and supporting business goals through paid media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Creation & Management
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Set up and optimize campaigns for Search, Display, Remarketing, and Video formats
- Write ad copies, select relevant keywords, create audience segments, and configure bidding strategies
Performance Optimization
- Monitor campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and perform daily/weekly optimizations
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Analyze user behavior post-click to improve conversion funnel performance
Analytics & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager , and platform dashboards to measure performance
- Generate detailed performance reports and insights to guide campaign decisions
- Present monthly results and strategic improvements to internal stakeholders
Collaboration & Strategy
- Collaborate with design, content, and web teams to ensure alignment across campaigns
- Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and emerging trends
- Support the digital marketing manager in shaping full-funnel PPC strategies
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms
- Certification in Google Ads (Search & Display) is a plus
- Strong understanding of keyword strategy, audience targeting, bidding models, and quality score
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or HubSpot
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns with a performance-first mindset
