**Job Description: PPC Specialist**
**Position**: PPC Specialist
**Experience**: 1-3 Years
**Location**: Mohali
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across search, display, and social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and selection to ensure targeted and effective ad campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Manage ad copy creation, A/B testing, and landing page optimization to improve ad performance.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure ads are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- 3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other PPC management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently on multiple projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex PPC concepts to non-specialists.
- Experience with A/B testing, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
