Job Overview As a Senior Business Development executive at Signpost Celfon.in Technology, you will be based in Coimbatore and will handle full-time responsibilities aimed at expanding our market presence. The role requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience. You will be expected to identify and convert new business opportunities, drive sales strategies, and collaborate across various functions to achieve business goals. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot to efficiently manage customer relationships and sales pipelines. Strong skills in data analysis and reporting to identify trends and make informed business decisions based on the insights derived. Ability to work collaboratively across different functional areas to drive business objectives and optimize company performance. Experience in developing effective B2B sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve and surpass set sales targets. Proven capability in market research and analysis for identifying new business opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends. Understanding of digital marketing tactics to aid in reaching and engaging a larger audience and boosting brand visibility. Expert negotiation and closing techniques essential for finalizing deals and improving conversion rates. Effective customer segmentation skills to enable targeted marketing and reach the most relevant customer segments. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with company goals and drive revenue growth. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, adapting strategies accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and support product and service enhancements. Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer data, extracting insights to inform strategic decisions. Lead negotiations and closing efforts, ensuring favorable terms and successful partnership agreements. Stay updated with industry developments and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Report directly to senior management, providing insights and feedback to support strategic planning and decision-making.
