We're looking for a visionary ProductOps Lead with 5+ years of experience to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in Mangalore.
In this pivotal role, you'll participate in an initiative that will create financial transparency on our portfolio of more than 100 products and be part of a groundbreaking journey that will redefine our company's performance management set-up on our company's technological landscape and product portfolio. portfolio of over 100 products, revolutionizing how EG produces and operates SaaS software. Responsibilities

  • Support the transformation of EG's performance management setup, by pushing the performance management agenda and strive to establish a best-in-class financial analytics setup, that includes a continuous focus on identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse product performance, user behaviour, and market data to generate insights that support product strategy and prioritization. Develop and manage budgets for product infrastructure, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Design and improve workflows across the product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery—ensuring efficiency and consistency.
  • Act as a liaison between finance, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on product development and performance.
  • Support VP of Financial Planning & Analysis and management with strategic analysis and problem solving
  • Collaborate with the finance team on joint presentations, business reviews and analysis
  • Generate financial reports and dashboards to provide insights into cloud spend and usage patterns
  • Educate internal teams on cost efficiency and financial accountability
  • Communicate financial metrics and product insights into leadership.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, feature usage, release health, and team velocity. Share reports with stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in financial operations, cost management and IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and platforms, pricing models, financial, and product development
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and product roadmap.
  • Practical knowledge of reporting tools, e.g. PowerBI and Excel
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to turn complex data into simple actionable insights.
  • Understanding of product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyzing product performance data, user feedback, and market trends to identify issues and opportunities.
