Role Description
This is a full-time Chargeback Analyst role and is located on-site in Mangaluru. The Chargeback Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and addressing chargeback cases, identifying fraud patterns, and preventing fraudulent activities. Daily tasks include reviewing transactions, conducting fraud analysis, and handling communication with stakeholders. The analyst will be expected to utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data and implement effective solutions to minimize chargeback incidents.
Qualifications
- Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention skills
- Strong Analytical and Fraud Analysis skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
