As a Senior Power-BI developer, you'll be instrumental in building, developing and maintaining our newly created Power-BI platform, ensuring it meets business needs and stays ahead with best practices and technologies.  You'll join our dedicated Financial Planning & Analysis team, where the position plays a crucial role in creating transparency, easy access to data, and enabling off-the shelf data visualization for the business. The FP&A team serves as the anchor point for the group wide financial processes and performance management setup. As a part of Financial Planning & Analysis you’ll join a strong finance community with more than 70 highly skilled colleagues, across multiple functions. Your workday , your tasks and mandatory skill set Structuring and processing data to unlock insights. Visualizing and communicating data effectively across the organization. Integrating data from diverse sources to support decision-making. Enhancing tools and processes for improved data handling Mentoring and collaborating with team members to foster a learning environment. Maintaining current and future Power-BI platform. You are the ideal candidate if you have the essential Technical Skills Data Analysis, which involves analysing large datasets using Power BI to derive actionable insights. This may involve cleaning, transforming, and modelling data to make it suitable for analysis. Visualization, creating visualizations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data in an understandable and impactful manner. This involves selecting appropriate visualization types and designing visually appealing and intuitive reports. Dashboard Development and creating interactive dashboards that provide a key metrics and performance indicators. This may include designing drill-down capabilities and interactive elements to allow users to explore data in-depth. Data Modelling and Query Optimization to create efficient data models and keep performance and reduce data processing time Collaboration with other teams to understand data requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on reports and dashboards. Provide training and support to users within the organization to help them understand and utilize Power BI reports and dashboards effectively. Non-Technical Skills & Experience Preferably, prior experience working at an international SaaS (Software as a Service) company Good experience and understanding of Business Financial Processes, (Accountancy) Ability to self-manage and work without direct supervision Capturing and understanding internal business requirements Designing and implementing Power BI solutions Producing solution design documentation Supporting finance colleagues with demonstrations Support and diagnosis on existing Power BI installations Building and maintaining good relationship with business units/end users Finance Experience or Accountancy Background Speak and write English fluently Structured, persistent, and result-driven What can you expect from us ?
