Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organize raw data from multiple sources.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, finance) to provide data-driven solutions.
  • Interpret data and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Assist in predictive modeling and forecasting.
  • Present findings to management in a clear, concise, and visually effective manner.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience with statistical tools and programming languages (Python, R) preferred.
  • Knowledge of databases, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
